Strange things will sometimes pull the heartstrings, in this case something about this cat and the woodpile reminded me a great deal of my childhood. Why might you ask? Very good question, since I don't like cats and well woodpiles are associated with sore backs, but for the 12 years I've been in Taiwan, I've very seldom seen cats - at least those that looked loved, and for wood piles...forgeddiboutit
